RInvoice

RInvoice reads data about your invoices from your accounting software and creates unique 3D scenes of it. Invoices are represented by 3D boxes of different dimmensions and colors positioned on axes according companies and time. You can fly through the virtual world of your invoices, look for extremes and data relation. You can perform a visual analysis of your data. You can interact with the scene, create new scenes from data subsets and organize them hierarchically.
Data visualization in 3D allows the user quickly view and evaluate vast amount of data in one screen. Quickly pick up extremes, understand the trends and get a full picture of the facts hidden behind the data. At the same time it allows to drill down to the data subsets and to the details. The user can see the company payables and receiveables from totally new viewpoints.
Program can read data from dbf file or any ODBC accessible database. RInvoice is an excelent tool for financial, accounting and sales managers.

  • Each invoice or payment is represented by an object in the scene and by record in a grid which are interlinked.
  • The color of the grid row refers to the color of the object in the scene. 
  • It is possible to group records to one or more levels of group in the grid.  
  • In the grid there is a tab sheet with all records and some more tab sheets with the data of objects which are not in the initial state any more (highlighted, hidden, transparent).
  • It is possible to click objects in the scene and get corresponding data in a selection grid.
  • Scene can be modified by highlighting, hiding and changing transparency of selected or unselected objects.
  • A new scene can be generated from the selected subset of data. 
  • The user can choose whether the new scene will appear in the same or in a new window.
  • If there are more scenes opened the windows can be easily organized on screen so that the user can work with all of them.
  • A hierarchical tree of scenes, their viewpoints an  viewpoint sequences is automatically created so that the data subset predecessor is clearly visible.
  • The user can easily switch between the scenes.
